The Kuala Lumpur Grand Seasons Hotel has 800 well-equipped rooms. It is one of the tallest hotels in Malaysia and one of the premier business hotels in the capital of Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel is ideally located, less than five kilometers from the city's major landmarks such as the National Grand Theater, the National Library, the Kuala Lumpur Twin Towers and the Putra World Trade Centre. In addition, because of its advantageous strategic location, the Hotel is linked conveniently to the city's central business district and commercial center. A total of 16 elevators of SMEC were installed in the Hotel, and SMEC was commissioned to carry out the long-term maintenance work.
